  Every role, its status, the next step and dated notes live in one spreadsheet in your folder. Ask "where do I stand?" or "what needs me?" any time, and Hope saves a backup before every change.

  Hope reads job boards straight from their own listings and matches on the full job description, not just the title. It screens out what breaks your rules, skips what you've already tracked, and hands you a shortlist. You pick.
