How it works

You talk. Your AI does the work. You get hired-ready. No coding. No setup. No GitHub knowledge needed. If you can chat with an AI, you can do this — the whole hunt runs as eight skills, in three acts.

Act 1 — Show your work

1 · Tell it what you have. A résumé, a LinkedIn export, a headshot, a few notes — whatever you’ve got. The AI asks for the minimum it needs and fills the gaps by talking to you. Nothing is assumed; nothing is scraped.

2 · Your story gets structured, then designed. Your roles, wins, skills, and projects get pulled into one tidy file on your own computer — then built into a designed portfolio with a playable career timeline, plus a recruiter-ready résumé the screeners parse cleanly.

3 · You get one link you own. Published free to a page in your name. Drop it on LinkedIn and it unfurls with your own preview card. Only you can change it.

Act 2 — Close your gap, before you apply

4 · Get the honest read. Hope researches the role you actually want and measures the distance between you and it — ranked skill gaps, real market evidence, and your strengths named too. Nothing moves forward until you and Hope agree on the read.

5 · Build your growth plan. One or two proof projects that close your biggest gaps fastest — picked together, with a concrete build plan and an honest list of what to skip. This is the part most tools skip: getting you ready before the search, not after the rejection.

Act 3 — Get the job

6 · Say “find me jobs.” Hope asks what you want and how many openings to bring back — then scrapes the web: the big job boards and the company career pages most tools never check. Every posting is verified still open before you see it, graded honestly against your real experience, and nothing makes your board without your yes.

7 · Say “apply for me.” Hope fills each job application while you watch — every field shown before it’s filled, your cover letter drafted from your real story, and nothing submitted until you say “send it.” You do every login yourself; Hope never sees a password.

8 · Watch it all on one dashboard. A private page with two simple views — your skill gaps and the plan to close them, and your jobs board with every application in plain words, from Found to Offer.

So when the role you want says “come in” — you walk in ready.
